If everyone knew of all the health benefits of green tea, the sales of green tea would spike immediately.  The health benefits of green tea are important and substantial so people should consider making a cup of green tea every day a habit.  Health professionals all over the world recommend that people should drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea a day in order to help in protecting the body against various ailments.
