Pest control season never ends

Endless pests is the one thing that is certain about owning a home. They all have varrying seasons but they take place right after each other.  Because of that it makes it seem like you have to fight pests all year.But as a homeowner you can minimize the problems they give you by keeping yourself ready.

First of all in my San Diego pest control service I see this first hand that pests seem to never end.With one season you get one type of pests that always give us calls on.Here comes the next season when calls decrease for that pest yet another one comes.It is a season that never comes to an end.But of course you can strike back.  We are going to look at the two main pests and how they follow after each other.

The first one that bothers us every year are the ants.  In my San Diego ant control service the ant season is the summer months.  This is when my  company gets the most calls.This is the time when the ants are at their busiest.  They are busy getting ready for the winter by storing food.  So the best way to minimize the problems with ants is to not give them any food or water.So what you want to do is don’t leave food out and keep your home clean.

The rodents are the next big pest to come along.As soon as the ants are gone here come the rodents to bother you.Your house is too hot during the summer so these guys don’t come.  But what I have found in my San Diego rodent control service is that come winter they are looking for a place to hibernate.  The best thing to do is set up traps immediately.  You don’t want them to begin to multiply in your home.You can start killing them early by setting up traps early.
