Mozzarella Cheese. You can’t complete a course on Italian cuisine without encountering this popular cheese at least once. Without Mozzarella cheese, Italian cuisine is like surveillance systems without 4 channel DVRs. It is originally made from water buffalo milk but now, it is made using pasteurized or unpasteurized cow’s milk and skim milk.
There are many Italian recipes where you can encounter the use of mozzarella cheese but it can also be used alone or eaten with wine. Every aspiring chef knows that is best used on the day that it was made. Sure it can be eaten one or two days after but it won’t be as delicious.
