Searching for any traces of ants is the next thing you need to do. In my San Diego ant control service I always ask my clients to see if there are ants on the outside of the home.  If there are, then there is a good possibility they are in the home as well.  As a prospective buyer you can look for this as well.Search on the outside of the house for any traces of ants.

Finally you need to be sure that there are no problems about rodents. In my San Diego rodent control service this is another troublesome pest.Because they can multiply faster than rabbits once they have nested in your home.  The best way for you to check to see if there are rats or mice is to check the attics.You want to look to determine if there are droppings by mouse. There is a problem if there are.
