Feel-good herbal drinks you can whip in a flash. Iced tea is the perfect cooldown when you want to relax, but a few glasses of the caffeine-loaded kind can make you dehydrated and jittery. This chill alternative comes in different variety (decaf green, chamomile, and rooibos are hot bets) and is herbal. To make a soothing libation: Fill a pitcher with 4 cups hot water, dunk 8 tea bags, and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the bags and cool pitcher in the fridge.
