No Need To Be Stiff

True enough, preparing an Italian meal, whether formal or informal, is quite a meticulous process. Nevertheless, you can always be innovative and look for ways to make preparing an Italian meal easier. If it could help making the preparation easier, you can go away without the first course, the insalata, the contorni and the frutta. Of course you may need to compensate for their loss. An example would be to give bigger servings for the entrée since you took away the first course.

Well, whatever you choose to do in the preparation, the most important thing for me is still the quality of food to be prepared. For as long as the food that touches my mouth gives me the feel of Italy, then that would be enough for me to say that it is an Italian meal.

  1. How I wish Mr. Right Man would bring me there.

  2. been to TUSCAN ELEGANCE many times for special occasions, and believe me, the italian food is the ULTIMATE ITALIAN DINING EXPERIENCE. Plus, 3 italian songs by the OPERA DIVA, MICHELLE, during dinner. AWSOME

  3. The table setting is like a work of art. I’ve eaten at Michelle’s place, who is the owner of Tuscan Elegance, and a dinning experience with her is truly an event. She sets the perfect tone to dinning in style. Plus, the food is extraordinary.

  4. Great recipe. If you like you can add it to Garlicoon, the Food & Wine network.
